York Press Community Pride Awards
We are absolutely delighted, and very proud, to have been awarded School of the Year at the York Press Community Pride Awards.
The award was presented in recognition for all the work we do with our pupils, ensuring that they receive a broad curriculum and develop personally and socially.
The award was received by Mr Clayton at a gala dinner held at York Racecourse. Judges recognised the amount that we do at Saxton, particularly as a small school, and quoted our success in achieving the Artsmark Silver award.
